Trinidad and Tobago takes $100 out of Circulation

The National Security Minister, Stuart Young, announced the current $100 bill is taken out of circulation and replaced by a polymer one. The decision was made after the government realized that the bill was used in activities like counterfeiting, laundering, and drug deals.

The new $100 bill has tactile features for the visually challenged. Mr. Young is confident that the change will aid in the fight against crime.
