National Bank of Belarus will issue new commemorative coins.

The National Bank of the Republic of Belarus will issue commemorative coins II European 201 п 201 201 from April 15, 2019. Gold has a face value of 50 rubles, silver with a nominal value of 20 rubles and copper-nickel with a face value of 1 ruble. On the obverse side, in the center, a relief image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Belarus is shown. Above is the RESPUBLIKA BELARUS in a circle of inscription and below is the 50 Rubles (for gold), 20 rubles (for silver), 1 ruble (for copper-nickel), year of minting (for gold and silver alloy).

For the gold commemorative coin, on the obverse side in the centre, there is a stylized image of the sun, a stylized image of the architectural complex “Gate of Minsk” to the right and to the left below; at the top of the inscription II Europian Gulni and at the bottom in two lines the inscription MINSK 2019. For the silver and copper-nickel commemorative coins, a stylized image of the sun in the centre around pictograms of sports competitions; a stylized image of the architectural complex Gate of Minsk, on the left and right; at the top of the inscription:  II EЎRAPEJSKIYA GULNІ and below is MINSK 2019. These coins were minted at the Lithuanian Mint Company.
